Is commercial use ok?

You may use it on any commercial product(s) such as on books, e-books, flyers, pamphlets, websites, TV, online videos, inside the software, documents, presentations, business cards, school materials, etc but limited per use per product up to 15 illustrations.

However, do not use the illustration as the main product. You may not use or sell them on websites that deliver free illustrations, pictures, photos and/or give them out as free video/photo materials. You may not use or sell them as a product or give them out.

Using a few illustrations from this website when introducing our website is ok.

Is non-commercial use ok?

Yes. Non-commercial use, meaning no payment, fees, or money in anyway or form is not involved are ok. There’s no limit on the number of illustrations used from our website. However, the materials from our website cannot be the main subject/party/or the main idea.

Can I use it in school or on online classes?

Using the illustrations for school related materials are ok as long as there was no fee associated when teaching or when creating the materials.

Can it be used inside a Social Network?

No problem. However, it may not be used on an account that enforces any aggressive, discriminatory, sexual, radical way or form, for antisocial forces, engaged in any illegal activities and/or in a way that causes inconvenience to others.

Can I use it for political activities?

Illustrations can be used on or in the documents or reports but cannot be used for criticism to others.

Can it be used for a company logo, billboards, posters, flyers, etc?

No Problem. However, it may not be used for trademark registration in any way or form. The copyright of the illustrations are the sole property of ours.

Can I use it on my product that is being sold?

As long as the illustration is not the main part of your product but rather as an auxiliary, then it is ok.

However, please submit a clear picture of the product to us by submitting a link from the “Contact form” before going on further.

Can I use it for my personal purpose?

No problem. As long as it does not violate other people or if it is not used in part or whole in obscene materials or matters

Can it be used on a smartphone app?

Yes. As long as the app does not have any advertisements or any money making system incorporated into it. In case the app has any fee associated whether advertisement of billing systems, they’re deemed commercial use so there will be a limit to the number of illustrations it can be used.

The illustration(s) cannot be used as a present and/or an item by means of a payment whether it is an in-app currency or real life money.

Can the illustrations be used in a commercial media production?

No Problem. As long as the it does not exceed 15 illustrations per program, it can be used in any type of media such as a DVD Blu-Ray, youtube video, etc. Any questions, please contact us.

Can it be used on online videos?

Using up to 15 illustrations is ok per video. If used by public institutions or Non-profit organizations then it can be used more than 16 illustrations.

Can it be used for submission to a third party?

As long as the copyright is not transferred, submitting it to a third party has no problem. Also, if a payment will be received by submitting it, it will be a commercial use.

Can it be used anywhere over the world?

No Problem. As long as it meets the Terms of Service, etcs written on our website.

Can it be redistributed on my website?

No matter what, redistribution is not allowed in any circumstance.

Can it be used in adult websites or contents?

No. Usage of our illustrations in adult websites are prohibited.

Can the illustrations from this website used on other websites or contents be copied and used?

Illustrations from our website used on other websites cannot be used. Only use illustrations and contents downloaded from our website. This is to reduce the trouble that may incur by using them. We are not liable for any trouble associated by using our illustrations/materials or illustrations/materials copied from other websites and we do not recommend downloading the illustrations/materials from other websites.

Can the illustrations/materials be directly linked?

No. Please download and upload it on your website.

I cannot find an illustration that I want.

If you do not see an illustration that you want to use, you may request from the Request form.

Requests are free as long as it is shared publicly here on our website.

I want an illustration for my personal use. Is it free?

An illustration created by us is free when it is publicly posted on our website for use by everyone.

If you want an illustration for your personal use, there will be a fee associated for creating an illustration.

Please inquire from the Request form.

Even if the illustration is made for your personal use, where you have paid, the copyright will still belong to cute2u! and there maybe in the future an illustration that may be similar to the one requested by you posted on our website.
